• Where do I enter my promo code?

  Once you are ready to checkout, you will see a small box in your cart to enter a gift card number or a promo code.

• What if I forget to use a promo code or the code is not working?

  Please contact us at info@flagandanthem.com and we can assist you.

• If I return my first order, can I use my first-time 15% off promo code again?

  You can’t use the same code as it is tracked and recorded via email, but if you email info@flagandanthem.com we will happily send you a new code one-time use code for 15% off.

• Can I change the address on my order?

  Please reach out to us at info@flagandanthem.com ASAP. If the order has not been processed yet, we are able to change your delivery address. Once an order has shipped we are no longer able to change an address.

• One of the items I ordered is incorrect or I have changed my mind, what should I do?

  Please contact us at info@flagandanthem.com ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your changes. However once an order has been processed and shipped we are unable to make changes.

• Can I buy a gift card?
