• Do you offer free returns?

  We charge a $7 fee for refunds to credit cards or instant credits. Click here to create a return label. Alternatively, you are welcome to send items back to us at your expense using a trackable method of your choice.

• Where is my refund?

  Refunds usually take about 7 days to be processed after they are scanned by carrier.

• How long does it take for my bank to credit my account after you refund me?

  It depends on your bank, but typically two to three business days.
