SHIPPING

• How do I get my tracking number?

  Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once the package has shipped. If you do not receive this email please contact us at info@flagandanthem.com.

• What are my shipping method options?

  Standard Ground, 2-Day Express, or Standard Overnight. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Not yet, but we hope to soon!

• Will my order ship out the same day?

  Orders generally take 1-5 business days to ship. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If you select express shipping your order will be prioritized but we cannot guarantee a same-day turnaround. Orders placed before 11 AM, EST will be given priority.

• Do you ship on weekends?

  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• What shipping service do you use?

  We ship using UPS. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

• Where do you ship from?

  We ship from our warehouse in California. Not including handling time, if you live on the west coast a ground shipment could take 1-3 days to arrive while if you live on the east coast it can take up to 6 days.
